Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Rework Technician to support PCB rework and repair operations in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. This role requires precision hand-soldering skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical documentation accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision hand-soldering on SMT and thru-hole components using a microscope
• Support PCBA rework, component replacement, and advanced troubleshooting
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and PCBA documentation (English)
• Conduct detailed visual inspections to identify defects such as solder bridges, cold joints, misalignment, and other workmanship issues
• Maintain accurate production logs, repair records, and documentation
• Follow all established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Experience with SMT and thru-hole soldering (microscope experience required)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Prior electronics manufacturing or rework experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
